Refund policy

At Dropgoods, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide a smooth and transparent return and refund process for all our customers.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


📦 Return Policy

We offer returns only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product is missing parts

Return Request Timeframe

  • A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images or video of the product showing the issue

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind / no longer needed

  • Slight color or design variation (due to lighting or screen differences)

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products without original packaging or accessories


💰 Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refund Method

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer / UPI

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection


🔁 Replacement Policy

If you prefer, we can also offer a replacement instead of a refund (subject to product availability).


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to our mistake (damaged / wrong item), Dropgoods will bear the return shipping cost

  • In all other approved cases, return shipping may be charged to the customer


❌ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled


⚠ Important Notes

  • Dropgoods reserves the right to approve or reject return requests after verification

  • Refunds will be processed only after successful quality check

  • Policies may be updated without prior notice
