  • Non-Metro / Other Locations: 4–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

Dropgoods offers Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible products and locations.

  • COD availability depends on your delivery pincode

  • COD charges (if any) will be shown during checkout

🔄 Failed or Delayed Deliveries

Delivery may be delayed or fail due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Customer unavailable at delivery time

  • Repeated refusal to accept the order

In such cases, the order may be returned to origin. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our Return & Refund Policy.

📍 Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and pincode are accurate while placing the order.
Dropgoods is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.

❌ Order Cancellation After Shipping

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped

  • If a COD order is refused at delivery without valid reason, future COD orders may be restricted
